Wingfield Reserve is a development of  183 custom homes on one acre plus lots located in Seminole County Florida near the city of Longwood, Florida. It is approximately fourteen miles north of downtown Orlando located near Interstate 4 and Markham Woods Road.
Wingfield has two well landscaped entrances, a winding sidewalk along Wingfield Drive, globe streetlights and Custom street signage, six large ponds and conservation areas including two with lighted fountains and a community tennis court.  The Wingfield Reserve Homeowners Association actively maintains the common areas, provides security for the community and encourages compliance with the Association Documents in order to maintain the natural beauty of the neighborhood.

  • Are You Leaving for Vacation?

    The Seminole County Sheriff's department offers a house watch service. Deputies who patrol our neighborhood will periodically check your house while you are gone. If you are planning on taking a trip soon, please take advantage of this wonderful FREE program. Please note that the procedure for setting up a House Watch has changed.
